Step 2: Enter KRA PIN Number or National ID Number 

Next, enter your KRA PIN number or National ID number, click “Continue,” and then select the “Forgot Password/Unlock Account” link to start the KRA password reset process.

At this stage, complete the online Forgot KRA Password request form by entering the required details. Solve the arithmetic security question and click the “Submit” button to proceed. The final step in the KRA password reset process is creating a new password for your account. At this stage, you will need to enter your Old Password (the temporary password sent to your registered email), choose a New Password for accessing the KRA Portal, and re-enter it in the Confirm New Password field to ensure accuracy.
